E-Media: Riyadh - The Council of Higher Education has approved establishing five research centers in four of Saudi universities in support of scientific research in higher education institutions and in line with the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. The Secretary-General of Council of Higher Education Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Saleh pointed out yesterday in a statement quoted by "Al-Watan" newspaper, that the new research centers include: Research Center of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Institute of Scientific Research & Revival of Islamic Heritage in Umm Al-Qura University, Population Studies Center at the Faculty of Arts, King Saud University and the Research Center in Faculty of Languages and Translation at King Khalid University as well as two research centers for health and engineering at Najran University.
