Dr. Mohamed Alisa, the Saudi cultural attaché to USA, launched lately the new portal of the attaché to be the linking series between scholars and other students on one side and the attaché on the other side.
being a services center over 24 hours, Alisa pointed out that students can now finish their procedures through Internet without personally attending the attaché building in Washington.
