Self-services and issuing boarding online through Saudi Airlines latest eSystem

Jeddah, eMedia: The Saudi Arabian Airlines launches today a new eSystem for passengers' services "Amadeus", which has come as an advanced step in providing passengers with complementary services according to latest international eSystems. This will consequently contribute in availing various advanced services that help finalize travelling procedures electronically. As for the currently-used system for issuing tickets, it will stop on next Saturday at 7 PM, and booking through the unified phone calls center will also stop at 9 PM of the same day to be replaced by the newly-launched system services. Engineer Khaled bin Abdullah Al-Molhim, chairman of Saudi Arabian Airlines stressed the importance of applying this newly launched system that has been implemented at most of greatest international Air Companies. This new system will help provide best and improved services for passengers, as it will contribute in self-finalizing for all travelling services, he said. It also offers, for the first time, the service of issuing boarding cards online in addition to the possibility of purchasing tickets by phone, along with including SADAD service as a means of payment of tickets to be directly settled from passengers' accounts.
