CIT Minister inaugurates a training program for journalists and Media specialists

Riyadh, e-Media: Minister of Communications and Information Technology "CIT" inaugurated yesterday the second training course for journalists and media specialists who work in the sector of press and TV. The course has been organized by MCIT titled "Principles of Media treatments for Communications and IT cases". The Minister pointed out the importance of the racing march of development adopted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia especially in the field of communications and information technology. He confirmed that such a program has been envisioned to train national professional cadres in the field of media and journalism to be well qualified to deal with latest technologies relating to media and cover with professionalism all related events to disseminate digital and knowledge culture. He stated with hope that such a training program will be reflected on the soon outputs of attendees to serve the Kingdom. Dr. Mohamed Abdullah Al-Qassim, Advisor to the Minister and General Supervisor over the National Plan for Communications and Information Technology, pointed out that such a training program has been aimed at enhancing means of communications among Media and Communications & IT specialists.
