More than 1.5 million Saudi job seekers have registrered in Ministry of Labor "Hafiz" program. Male candidates constitute one third while female candidates constitute two thirds.Ministry of Labor has launched two initiatives to localize and streamline manpower market: Nitagat (business categorization) and Hafiz (Incentive). Controls to avoid violations to either system will be in place during the next two months.Several programs conductive to employment of Saudi jobless individuals will be launched during the next three months.
