King Saud University "KSU" launched lately its e-Service for online inquiry about any transactions. This has been envisioned to simplify any transactions submitted to the University by both government and private sectors in addition to citizens and residents who have any transactions with KSU.
Dr Youssef bin Ahmad Al-Ohali, Dean of e-Transactions and Communications pointed out that number of transactions submitted to the University reached 160 thousand only during the first quarter of the year. Personal enquiries may reach four times for each transaction which is a reason for wasting employees' time and efforts, he said. After this newly launched online service, both the government and private sectors in addition to citizens and residents can now inquiry about their transactions from anywhere through the KAU's website
