Emirate of Makkah Region and the Communications and Information Technology Commission agreed to form a joint working group to develop a vision for the digital plan of the region, and a timetable for its implementation, in addition to follow up the implementation of its projects and responsibilities coordination between the partners.
The team will also follow up the plan projects implementation, and develop annual targets for each sector, and stimulate sectors on Services to provide their services electronically.
This came, according to "almadinh" newspaper, during a meeting chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al Faisal, Emir of Makkah, yesterday in the presence of Governor of the Commission Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Jaafari, and a number of officials in the emirate and the Commission.
