Riyadh, (SPA)  -  The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired the Cabinet session held at Al-Yamamah Palace here yesterday.
On domestic affairs, the Cabinet reviewed a number of items on its agenda and approved the addition of an article to Section (IV) of Chapter (V) of the Social Insurance Law. The article shall be 58 (addendum) and read as follows: 'According to a decision by the Cabinet and based on a proposal by the Minister after a recommendation by the Board of Directors, the pension and benefit paid for the contributor and his family members may be increased and additional compensations may be developed to the extent permitted by the state of the financial position of the Organization.'
The Cabinet approved restructuring the two committees on the settlement of insurance disputes and violations in Jeddah and Dammam for three years as of 21/03/1431H
The Cabinet approved the organization of Social Charity Fund it aims to enhance the growth of social work especially the improvement of  the lives of the targeted using non-conventional means.
