Al Madinah Al Munauwarah, The License Department of Al Madinah Al Munauwarah Secretariat for Projects and Construction, has recently inaugurated the electronic service of the new buildings through the Electronic Services System in coordination with the engineering and Survey Offices in Al Madinah Al Munauwarah.
The SPA reported that, the Undersecretary of Al Madinah Secretariat for Construction and Projects Eng. Tarik Bin Dirwish said that one of the advantages of the electronic license is that there is no longer need for people to visit building of the Secretariat or the Municipalities, but through the internet they could obtain the license by sending  the drawings to the Secretariat and the application will be processed and approved mechanically, even the feeds could be paid mechanically and then the license could be printed by the Engineering Office. SMS could also be used to follow up the procedures and officials could know the delayed licenses and the reasons why they are delayed.
Engineer Dioli explained that 5007 licenses had been issued in the year 1430H and he appealed to citizens and residents of Al Madinah Al Munauwarah to report any license no issued on time through Telephone No. 940 the Secretariat's Emergency line or 8227400 so that urgent action is taken.
