Prince Naif inaugurates 2nd International Conference for Islamic Jurisprudence

Under auspices of Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, Prince Naif Bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, inaugurates today the 2nd International Conference for Islamic Jurisprudence "Fikh". The conference titled: "Current Medical Cases" has been organized by Imam Mohamed Bin Saud Islamic University, lasting for 3 days.
Dr. Sulaiman Abdullah Aba-Alkhail, the University Rector, expressed his happiness and pride on this patronage of both the Crown Prince and the Second Deputy Premier and their keen interest for the conference that is planned to provide researchers and students with specialized jurisprudence solutions about many critical cases of medicine nowadays. The university has attempted to achieve its message dedicated to community and its problems providing the suitable religious solutions. It has consequently sought to organize this conference where a group of jurisprudents and physicians will convene to deliberate latest and most critical medical cases pointing out the relevant legal rules, he said.
Attended by specialists, physicians and jurists from Arab, American and European countries, the conference is aimed to enrich scientific research, open effective communication channels among jurists and medical specialists and finally stress the fact that Islamic Jurisprudence has always paid attention to welfare of man, stated the Rector.
