Janadriyah, (SPA) –  The  Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, held at his ranch here yesterday, a meeting with the visiting U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert Gates.
During the meeting, overall events and developments in the region as well as prospects for cooperation between the two countries were discussed.
The meeting was attended by the Chief of General Intelligence Prince Migrin bin Abdulaziz, Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Assistant Minister for Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, Prince Faisal bin Abdullah Minister of Education, Major General Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Deputy Commander of Land Forces and other senior officials.
From the American side the meeting was attended by the US Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Mr. James Smith and the accompanying delegation to the Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
