2nd Saudi Relief Plane arrives in Sri Lanka

Colombo – Carrying out for the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud to provide foodstuffs and relief assistance to Sri Lankan government to deal with
the humanitarian situation that resulted from the displacement of thousands of people from their areas of residence, the 2nd Saudi relief plane arrived in Colombo yesterday.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the plane, loaded with 100  tons of foodstuffs, medicines, rugs, blankets and tents, was received by Saudi ambassador to Sri Lanka and Sri Lankan senior officials.
