The Cabinet's Experts Commission has lately approved a strategy for executing ITNS recommendations provided that they should be deliberately studied.
The ITNS recommendations included formulation of a committee at Ministry of Defense and Aviation composing of representatives from ministries of Defense and Aviation, Interior, Foreign affairs, and communications and Information Technology in addition to National Guard presidency, General Intelligence, National Security Council, Communications and Information Tech. Commission, king Abdulaziz City for Sciences and Technology, and Saudi Arab Monetary Fund. The said committee is to deliberate the status of Encoding and its standards in addition to evaluating works of the specialized subcommittees so as to report its recommendations to the Royal Majesty within 6 months of its formulation. The formulated committee can seek help of any specialists and establish a unit dedicated to security of information at Ministry of Interior provided that this unit will take over co-coordinating with different sectors to protect the National Infrastructure Of Communications And Information Technology.
The ITNS conference stressed in its recommendations the importance of a flexible strategy when specifying the new e-Applications required to face digital crimes. Such a strategy is to seek for financing the projects related to development of IT and exploiting original programs after checking them. It is also to elevate efficiency of the qualifying programs for human resources to deal with latest technologies, and this is to be executed in partnership with educational and training organizations specialized in the field of IT..
Attracting both national and international skilled professionals in the field of information security was also recommended. This was shown to be executed through support of government financing in cooperation with specialized centers and after formulating a committee of concerned authorities to deliberate and specify conditions of seeking help of IT specialists. This also includes formulation of a committee at Ministry of Civil Service composing of representatives from ministries of Civil Service, Finance and Communications and Information Tech. in addition to Communications and Information Tech. Commission, Secretariat-General of Civil Service Council, and Secretariat-General of Military Service Council to deliberate the need for increasing incentives offered to employees working in the field of Communications and Information Tech., and finally to report to the Royal Majesty concerning any developments.
On the other hand , the conference recommendations confirmed with necessity that Ministry of Interior in addition to Investigations organizations and Jurisprudence Entities must develop skills of their employees in reference to Information crimes. They emphasized the necessity of  official procedures to be taken by Ministry of Interior to exploit latest technologies related to knowledge sharing and international coordination in the field of information crimes. In this respect, Ministry of Educations, Universities, and Training  centers are required to disseminate Tech. culture and basics of Information security.  Additionally, the recommendations necessitates Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to prepare an appropriate strategy for Information security covering financial information, government health and educational transactions. Such strategy is to be exploited by Ministries of Interior, Commerce and Industry, and Communications and Information Tech. in addition to the Saudi Monetary Fund. As for the Foreign Ministry, it is to suggest passing intentional legislations incriminating usage of technology in spreading terrorism ideology, and to report such suggestion to the United Nations.
