George Washington Un. Has started a training course for employees and Educational staff of Jazan University titled: "Distinction of online Education".
At the course that lasts for 3 days, professor Badr Al-Huda Khan, one of the online Education founders worldwide, is to deliver lectures in this field.
Dr. Mohamed Yehia Al-Salem, Dean of Remote and Online Education at Jazan Un., pointed out that this course comes within the joint cooperation between the two universities. Employees attending the course will be trained on latest technologies to increase their skills and knowledge in different fields of science through technology.
Such technologies related to remote and online education avail an opportunity for more effective educational channels and knowledge sharing with easier and simpler manner away from any time or space hinders, he added. As a result, the university has attempted to avail 100 e-Channels transferring academic halls to intelligent ones to be electronically supervised. The university has availed also programs to design curricula, interactive lectures, educational explanations and work programs to deliver information with visually interactive methods.
