SR 776 Million for Municipal Projects including 172 Million for establishing King Abdullah Cultural Center

Prince Dr. Mansour Bin Mute’b Bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, signed yesterday 20 contracts for Municipal Projects amounting SR 776.1 Million including 172 Million for establishing King Abdullah Cultural Center.
The Contracts included projects in Riyadh amounting SR 9.5 Million for establishing Al-Haier Park in its first stage, implementing and developing pedestrian tracks in Ali Al-Soukary and Abdurrahman Al-Farian Streets in Orayga districts amounting Sr 20 Million and the project of establishing Municipal areas amounting 24.8 Million. In addition, Riyadh City projects included the project of improving Prince Turki Bin Abdulaziz Road amounting SR 63 Million and supplying Pavement materials to north Riyadh and the project of paving roads of South Riyadh amounting 25 Million. There is also the project of Dawadmi, Shagra, Afif, Durma, Muzahimia, Murrat, Sager and Bujadia amounting 41.9 Million.
The contracts signed included many projects in Medina, Jeddah and the Eastern Region which all contributed in improving a set of municipal services for the benefit of citizens, expats and visitors for those cities.
