King and American National Security Adviser Discuss Issues of Interest to the Two Countries
Riyadh, (SPA) - The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at his palace in Riyadh yesterday the U.S. President's Adviser for National Security General James Johns and the accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, the U.S. official conveyed the greetings of President Barack Obama to the king. On his part, King Abdullah sent his greetings to President Obama.
A number of issues of interest to the two countries were discussed.
The event was attended by Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Foreign Minister; Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Interior for Security Affairs; Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, Saudi Ambassador to the United States; and James Smith, U.S. ambassador to the Kingdom.
In another development, the Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, Crown Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz received in his Palace yesterday the U.S. official conveyed the greetings of President Barack Obama to the king. On his part the Crown Prince also sent his greetings to President Obama. During the meeting they exchanged cordial talks and discussed issues of interest to the two countries.
