Madinah Secretariat Inaugurates Reports and Complaints Service on its Website

E-media: Al Madinah Al Munauwarah. The Secretariat of Al Madinah Al Munauwarah has inaugurated complaints reports service on its website www.amana-md.gov.sa. The purpose of this service is to quicken actions by related authorities on complaints from citizens and residents on the activities of the Secretariat through its emergency telephone No. 940 and the central No. 8227400. The Saudi Press Agency reported that, the Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department of the Secretariat, Abdurrahman Bin Mohammed Al Ali cited the duties and obligations of the Secretariat and called on citizens who wished to report any violation, should indicate the location of the violation and type of violation to make it easy to take urgent action especially those related to the general health of the people. It should be noted that the number of complaints and reports received last year 1430H was 9964 in various spheres of life such as water sales, water leakage, electricity blackouts, bad meat, safety means etc.
