On behalf of King Abdullah, prince Sultan bin Salman chairman of the Commission of Tourism & Antiquities opened the international symposium on recovery of antiquities.
The recovery campaign comes within a greater scope project to boost the kingdom’s cultural profile, prince Sultan said. He urged citizens and friends of the kingdom to release antiquities in their custody.
The symposium was attended by international and local experts.
