HE Mayor of Al Qasim, Eng. Ahmad Bin Saleh Al Sultan, confirmed that being transformed to an e-services agency is an irrevocable decision, especially that new technologies have provided quick and easy-to-use services and solutions.
Stated at Al Riyadh newspaper, the mayor declared this during a regular meeting attended by the municipality leaders, where a follow up of e-services transformation progress was discussed. Al Qasim Municipality has lately taken a step in the e-government transformation journey to face bureaucratic procedures and to develop work processes so as to provide citizens with easy-to-use services. It is worth mentioning that Al Qasim Municipality signed a group of contracts with specialized corporations to construct its electronic procedures systems so as to build integrally electronic channels to provide all its services easily.
