Faculty of Arts at King Saud University "K.S.U" organized in cooperation with Deanship of e-Transactions and Communications, a workshop for all staff on e-Management System.
Dr. Abdulaziz Al Moussa from the K.S.U Deanship of e-Transactions and Communications, delivered a speech with a detailed description of this system, its applications and the transaction implementation cycle beginning from being received by the employee till its final execution. He asserted that such a system has got the highest IT Service Management certification titled "ITIL certificate". The mentioned system will be applied on all the University's Departments including College Studies Center for Girls in Elisha and Malaz, till all transactions are electronic so that the College can be really regarded as an e-Government Agency, he added. As for paper-based transactions, they will be scanned to be e-Transformed, he stated.
