Riyadh - Ministry of Justice has recently  provided 37 notaries in different regions of the Kingdom with modern electronic programs, in the line with ministry's electronic project, which will include 79 notaries  which will be linked to a central database.
The Director -General of Computer Department at  Ministry of Justice, Salman Al-Sheikh said,  according to "Al-Jazirah" newspaper, that the ministry has launched a new service of the internal network (intranet) for its employees through which the staff can communicate via e-mail and file sharing, and access the ministry's daily media material, adding that the Ministry's website (http:// www.moj.gov.sa) provides inquiry service about attorneys and transactions, and schedules of court hearings.
He pointed out that the ministry's electronic file features several future projects and specialized program plans in the judicial and administrative procedures in an effort to adapt the technology to achieve the Ministry's vision and launched a complete e-justice portal.
