Cabinet calls for decisive action to stop the massacre in Syria

King Abdulla chaired the cabinet meeting yesterday. He briefed the cabinet on recent talks, negotiations and messages exchanged with world leaders.
The cabinet expressed appreciation of the King’s patronage of cultural events and encouraging of innovative and talented individuals. The cabinet valued the King’s comments on the world weakening  trust in the United Nations following failure of the Security Council to tackle the Syrian crisis.
The cabinet lauded the Arab League  announcement and actions on the Syrian crisis. It stressed the need for decisive action to stop the Syrian massacre after failure of half-baked solutions.
The cabinet welcomed Doha declaration on Palestinian reconciliation.
