The experts participants in the Saudi International Technology Incubation Conference 2010, which concluded yesterday in Riyadh, recommended the need to support incubators projects by adequate financing programs, including primary and Partial financing, and the work to improve the investment environment for small businesses, and working with government agencies concerned to give effect to the laws and regulations relating to the financing and bankruptcy of technical projects and emerging companies.
They also recommended at the conference which was attended by many international and local experts in the field of technological incubators, innovation and entrepreneurship on the need for the participation of the private sector and chambers of commerce in the draft with the programs of incubators, entrepreneurship and innovation, and standardization efforts in the areas of incubators, and work to establish an organization for small and medium enterprises, and seek to set priorities for incubators include environmental problems, desertification, and energy, and working with the social institutions to develop programs that stimulate creativity and innovation through preparing competitions and other to develop the innovations of youth, and concern for the activation of the media to spread this culture of Incubation and entrepreneurship.
