Al-Mashaer train, a commuter designed to shuttle among the sacred places on the outskirts of Makkah, will work in full capacity next Hajj, it was reported here yesterday.
During his inspection tour of the train's route, Dr. Mansour bin Mite'b bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, was told that the train which worked at 35% capacity last year is scheduled to transport some 75,000 pilgrims per hour, its full capacity by forthcoming Hajj.
