Cabinet appreciates government efforts during Hajj season
Riyadh (SPA) - Deputy Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired the Cabinet session which was held at Al-Yamamah Palace yesterday.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) following the session, the Minister of Higher Education and Acting Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Anghari said the Cabinet congratulated the Crown Prince on his recovery, lauding the joy and happiness expressed by the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on his safe arrival in the Kingdom following the successful treatment journey.
The Cabinet expressed the wish for a successful GCC summit in Kuwait, hoping it would yield positive outcomes to advance the process of Gulf joint work to reinforce the region’s security and stability and realize the aspirations of their nations.
The Deputy Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques on this success which was a result of the directives of the King and the follow-up of the Second Deputy Premier and the Chairman of Hajj Supreme Committee, and all executive agencies that participated in the Hajj season.
The Cabinet approved a memorandum of scientific and educational cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of National Education and Higher Education of the Republic of Djibouti  and it also approved the Kingdom's accession to the Patent Cooperation Treaty and its regulations of the World Intellectual Property Organization as well as the Patent Law Treaty and its regulations.
