The City Council in Jeddah has started to communicate with Jeddah citizens electronically through its new website where it receives complaints to be then followed up electronically with no need to visit the Council’s office.
Bassam Jamil Akhdar, City Council Member pointed out that such a website is regarded as an advanced outlet that offers services for the sake of Jeddah inhabitants through interactive communications and complaints solving.
Through the link http://www.jcc.gov.sa, Jeddah citizens can now raise complaints and follow them electronically.
