Council of Ministers Approves Monthly subsidy for Orphans Left By Female Teachers
Riyadh (SPA). His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince Minister of Defense and Aviation and inspector General has Chaired here yesterday the Cabinet's Session at Yamamah Palace, Riyadh.
The cabinet approved a number of procedures among which are the establishment of Electricity Regulatory and Co-generation Authority organizing its services in Jubail and Yanbu and the establishment of Board of Directors of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu  as a regulating body for production services of cooling water, water treatment and sewage, industrial and irrigation water and potable water from distribution points, transmission, distribution, purchase, sale, import or export and provide services in Jubail and Yanbu industrial cities in accordance with the principles established by the Council and adopted by the Commission of Allocation of the Supreme Economic Council
The Cabinet also approved the Memorandum of Cooperation signed recently in Riyadh, between King Abdul-Aziz Center and the Center for Heritage and Culture in Turkmenistan, and also approved the inclusion of children of female teachers who died in monthly financial subsidy payable to the children of deceased male teachers, that according to the SPA shall be limited to the female teacher whose husband is not working as a teacher.
The Council also approved the agreement signed between the Kingdom and Uzbekistan for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion with respect to taxes on income and on capital, and (the Protocol attached to it. The Council also approved a number of appointments on 5th and 14th grades.
