Chaired by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Saudi Cabinet condemned during its yesterday session the decision by the Israeli authorities approving the construction of 1600 housing units in the occupied Al-Quds in addition to its decision to build 112 settlement units in the West Bank. The Cabinet commended a number of countries for condemning this decision which reflects the insistence of the Israeli authorities to intensify the policy of settlement, expand the existing settlements and impose the policy of fait accompli by changing the demographic composition of the occupied Palestinian territories. The Cabinet reiterated the Kingdom's call for the international community to stand firm in the face of all Israeli practices that aim at undermining the chances for peace, and to move quickly to stop all Israeli provocative practices, siege of the Palestinian people and defying of the will of the international community in bringing peace in the region.
On the other hand, the cabinet approved authorizing HRH prince Naif Bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy to Premiere and Minister of Interior, or whom he deputizes, to follow up three Arab draft agreements, the first of them is about transferring the detained at prisons and reformatories, which he (or his representative) has complete authority to sign. The second is how to fight information technology crimes. Finally, the third Arab draft agreement which is about how to fight money laundering & terrorism financing. And this third draft is to be signed in accordance with final decisions taken during sessions of Arab Interior and Justice Premiere Councils.
The Cabinet also approved authorizing Minister of Finance or whom he deputizes to follow up preparation of a draft agreement between the Kingdom and the International Financing Corporation similar to previous agreements prepared by the Kingdom in the same regard.
Finally, the cabinet approved regulations to accept non-Saudi  students who hold educational grants to join high education establishments in the kingdom.
