KSU signs a contract to set up King Abdullah institute for Nanotechnology

Riyadh, e-Media: King Saud University "KSU" signed a contract to set up King Abdullah Institute for Nanotechnology in Wadi Arriyadh for Technology. The building will be constructed through a donation by Sheikh Mohamed Bin Hussein Al-Amoudi who signed an agreement with Dr. Abdullah bin Abdurrahman Al-Osman, Rector of King Saud University for such a project. On this occasion, Dr. Al-Osman expressed, on behalf of all KSU staff, thankfulness and best regards towards King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz for his unlimited care and support to the University in general and such an institute in particular. He appreciated the initiative of setting up King Abdullah Institute for Nanotechnology at the University in its current development phase. Such a vital initiative has started with the personal donation of King Abdullah offered to the Nano-researches at a number of Universities in Saudi Arabia. Sponsorship. Responding to this initiative, KSU has attempted to establish Nano-Program to keep up with the King's keen interest in Nano-Technology and all its applications. As a result, the University has transferred such a program into a specialized Institute under direct supervision of the Monarch.
