Princess Adla bint Abdullah president of the Saudi Society for preservation of heritage said the kingdom is undergoing a quality shift with repsect to the interest in and preservation of heritage. She added that KSA pocesses a deep rooted history and an unequaled heritage wealth and cultural tourism resources. In a statement to SPA Princess Adla said the society objectives include support to organizations interested in KSA heritage, encouraging citizen to maintain heritage, support to handcraft activities to develop and transform them into economic products, development of museums and develop awareness of the importance of heritage. The society seeks as well to refubrish momuments and historical structures, arranging of conferences, seminars and training.
