Riyadh, SPA: Ministry of Higher Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been awarded the prize of the best online education portal by the 2nd GCC e-Government Award and Conference which was held from 13 to 15/11/2011 in Kuwait.
More than 85 government bodies at the level of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member countries have participated in the conference.
