KACST launches workshop to enrich the digital Arabic content in Damascus
Riyadh, SPA:
In its efforts to consolidate efforts at the Arab level to enrich the Arabic content, and to develop the software tools necessary for the content within the "King Abdullah's initiative for Arabic content", King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology organized yesterday a workshop "enrich the digital Arabic content" in cooperation with the Syrian Ministry of Education, the Arab Organization for Education, Culture and Science, and the Higher Institute of Applied Science and Technology, which runs until 11/11/1431 in the Damascus, in order to identify potential available in the Arab world to take advantage of them to come out and support products with real value to the Arab user.
Elite of specialists in the computerization of the Arabic language from around the world participate in the workshop, while the Kingdom is represented in this workshop by three research and academic institutions: King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, King Saud University, and University of Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman.
