Riyadh - Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has issued his directives to extend support the Institute of Diplomatic Studies (IDS) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and to enhance it to carry out more scientific and intellectual activities in the political and strategic domain which serves the Kingdom's higher interests.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the King also ordered the concerned governmental authorities to benefit from the institute's activities in the fields of researches , seminars and scientific conferences.
The institute is linked with working partnership with a number of local, governmental and private establishments as well as with a number of regional and international organizations. The institute is concerned with development of the performance of the personnel of the foreign ministry and other concerned governmental authorities.
