Riyadh – Prince Salman Center for local Governance is organizing a course entitled “local Strategy Formulation and preparation” from 24-26, 4 1430 H corresponding to 20-22 April 2009.
The Executive Director of the Prince Salman Center for local Governance, Dr. Adnan Al-Shaihah pointed out, according to Saudi Press Agency, that about 53 participants in the course representing members of municipal councils, governors and government officials. He stressed that the course organizing is a part of the Center program for development of local capacities , which includes training courses, workshops in strategic planning, legal aspects and public funding issues as well as budgets preparation, local economic development, communication and leadership skills and meetings management.
