Dr. Hani bin Mohamed Abo-Ras, Secretariat General of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, launches today a new system of interactive e-Services.
Eng. Mohee Al-Dein  Hekmy, General Manager of IT sector, pointed out that such an audio and interactive new system that depends on phone, has been established to offer services for two segments of phone-callers including subscribers or general inquirer. He said that beneficiaries can utilize such a system using membership no. and password to get details about membership data to know about its status and to get it updated in addition to being informed about the last five authentications made.
Subscribers can get passwords for such e-System when visiting front offices at the Chamber's headquarter.
He added that other general services are offered to general inquirers including the chamber's circulations and notices which can be sent by fax or emails.
