Buraidah - Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz , Governor of Qassim Region patronized yesterday the Teleworking Forum 2009 which is organized by Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Program for Training and Job Localization in Qassim. The forum held under the title "Teleworking: Opportunities and Challenges".
The Emir of Qassim region said in a speech quoted by Saudi Press Agency, during the opening ceremony, that the forum look to future prospects of teleworking by opening up wider horizons for the work of young men and women, and to assist decision-makers to adopt the teleworking field to decrease the rates unemployment in the community.
He added that Qassim municipality has raised a number of ideas and visions through the Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Program for Training and Job Localization in the Qassim, that contribute to open new areas of work for males and females.
The Governor of Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), Dr. Ali Al-Ghafis stressed the need for concerted efforts to highlight these national projects, including teleworking project and disseminating them at the national level for the benefit and contribute to create job opportunities for youths.
