"The terrorist crime is receding in the kingdom". stated the Saudi minister of justice. The statement was made during a meeting in Washington with the US  minister of justice, director of organized crime control and senior officials. "The reasons for that" he said, "is attributed to the awareness program against an ideology  alien to our Islamic concepts and to the security tracking specially the pre-emptive strikes. Moreover we have a strong and independent judicial system". He said: " our judicial system protects statutory rights and freedoms".
