Riyadh, SPA:
 The Kingdom, represented by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, attained the first place among Arab countries and the 14th rank worldwide among 183 countries on the scale of Indicator of Flexibility of License Issuance for Municipal Building, namely for small-and-medium size projects, and providing utilities, jumping from No. 30 in 2010.
On the occasion, Prince Mansour bin Miteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, extended congratulations and thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his continuous support for municipal sector.
