Administrative & Financial affairs launched at Jazan Province to implement e-Government

Prince Mohamed bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Jazan, launched lately the administrative and financial affairs to implement the e-Government at the Province.
He stressed that the Kingdom has sought to implement such programs at all Government Agencies to simplify transactions relating employees and citizens. He pointed out that in serving citizens, industrious entities will be awarded while negligent ones will be punished.
The Governor of Jazan stated that the new system helps to simplify work processes saving time, effort and money which will lead to a rapid implementation of work. He emphasized on the importance of stilling confidence in new e-Systems to be utilized for community service.
On the other hand, he threw light on efforts made by Ministry of Interior to avail regulations necessary to sustain information security.
All Government Agencies should follow up development processes to simplify access to information so that distinguished services can be offered by all such Agencies which will be one entity aiming at the welfare of the Public, he said.
Afterwards, attendees listened to inquiries about the newly launched system and the Governor's directives in this regard.
