E-Media: Riyadh - The Ministry of Health announced Saturday that four foreign pilgrims have died of swine flu, adding that the four had not followed recommended procedures, especially vaccination against H1N1. The first fatality was a 75-year-old Sudanese man in Madina and the second case was a 17-year-old Nigerian girl who developed swine flu symptoms two days after her arrival from Cairo. The third fatality was a 74-year-old Indian pilgrim, while the fourth and last case was a 75-year-old Moroccan woman, "Al-Riyadh" newspaper reported. The ministry said all had underlying health problems, including cancer and respiratory illness.
