A meeting of Shura Council reviewed the annual report of Ministry of Communications & IT. The council agreed that special incentives are required to attract and retain qualified CIT staff to manage the electronic transformation process. The council approved that government agencies should encourage the use of open source software for their securty and economical benefits.
