Appointing a deputy for IT and Health Informatics at King Saud Un. for Health Sciences

Riyadh, e-Media: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Premiere and the Chairman of the Council of Higher Education, approved appointing Dr. Majed Bin Mohamed Al-Twigary, a Deputy for Technology and Informatics at King Saud University for Health Sciences. The University Rector Dr. Bandar Al-Qenawi pointed out the importance of establishing such a deputy which has come as a reflection of the Development of IT and e-Services in the Kingdom. He stated: such a deputy will work to formulate the university strategy in fields of Health informatics and IT including e-Services, distance education, supervision and following up IT applications at the Un. utilities i.e. smart classes and laboratories. On his part, Dr. Al-Twigary expressed his pride on such Royal Confidence confirming his seek to support the march of the university towards achievement and distinction.
