Minister of Justice explains process of implementation of judicial sentences

Riyadh, SPA: Minister of Justice Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Karim Al-Essa said judicial sentences are carried out by implementation judges who have wide powers to enable them to immediately complete their tasks in the implementation of judicial sentences. The minister stressed the speed of implementation of the sentences and the elimination of all forms of procrastination and delay by providing all safeguards that eliminate any hindrance of the speed of implementation of judicial sentences. The minister's statements came during a meeting with a delegation of the World Bank here yesterday. The Minister of Justice presented to the delegation a detailed explanation of the method of implementation of foreign judicial sentences, as well as the arbitrators' foreign sentences, pointing out that the Saudi judiciary does not intervene in their subject matter. The members of the delegation expressed their admiration of the development of judicial proceedings.
