Madinah - Madinah Municipality has gained a global award-Middle East level in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) from Geographical Information Systems Development Body which is a specialized body in development of global communication network in geographic information field.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the award will be presented during the conference for best Geographical Information Systems applications in Middle East, which will be held today in Abu Dhabi.
On the other hand, Madinah Municipality endorses an agreement  with e-government Transactions Program "Yesser" to link government integration channel. The agreement aimed at assisting the allowed authorities for ensuring reliability of licenses issued by Municipality in addition to issuing and renewal of licenses for commercial stores through Municipality web site.
