Conference of Muslim World, Issues and Solutions Concluded in Makkah
Makkah, SPA:
 Participants in the 'Conference of Muslim World, Issues and Solutions', which concluded here on Monday, expressed their thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud; Crown Prince Sultan Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General; Prince Naif Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior; and Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, the Governor of Makkah Province, for their continuing support for Muslim World League (MWL) which organized the Conference and for their efforts in the service of Islam and Muslims all over the world.
In a final statement, the Conference commended the King's initiative for dialogue between followers of religions and cultures and its positive impacts on understanding, cooperation and peaceful existence among peoples of the world.
The participants emphasized the importance that the Islamic countries should pursue the approach of dialogue as a means to confront national differences and a way to reach successful solutions to their challenges, hailing in this regard the experience of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the national dialogue.
They praised the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which has been founded on the principles of the Holy Quran and Prophet's Sunnah, commending the Kingdom's efforts in the unification of Muslims' viewpoints.
They called on Muslim World League to implement the resolutions of Muslim World Conference for Dialogue held in Makkah in 1429H for the establishment of the Muslim World Commission for Dialogue and for formulating its programs to achieve its global objectives.
The statement called on the League to form Islamic delegations to visit Islamic countries and meet their leaders, also urging the activation of Muslim World Commission for Information to direct Muslim peoples on how to address their problems.
It also called on the League to prepare an Islamic Action Charter to address local and foreign challenges facing Islamic countries.
