KSU Celebrates World Mental Health Day

 Riyadh - The Chairs of Epidemiology Research and Mental Health Research and its Applications affiliated with King Saud University (KSU) as well as the Center of Health Education in university hospitals in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) and World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH) will celebrate "The World Mental Health Day" here on Monday.
The celebration, according "Al-Riyadh" newspaper,  aims to raise the awareness of the society towards mental health, the causes of mental illness and ways of their prevention as well as the role of various bodies to protect mental health and the cooperation with governmental and non-governmental organizations for taking care of it.
The celebration includes a series of lectures covering topics such as global, regional and local outlook toward mental health, and the activity of Chair of Mental Health Research and its applications, and integration of mental health with primary health care services.
