Riyadh - The Shura Council has agreed on a number of recommendations to amend some items of the minute of the ministerial committee for administrative organization, relating to sector of central control and investigation systems.
The council approved, according to "Al-Riyadh" newspaper , to transfer of financial control activity from the Control and Investigation Board (CIB) to the General Auditing Bureau(GAB), by virtue of the overall responsibility for overall activity of financial control, and amending the articles of the personnel discipline law issued in (1391), unifying the task of investigation and public prosecution in all criminal offenses .
