Inquiries executed through a Self-service equipment at Riyadh Governorate

Riyadh, eMedia: Under auspices of Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Governor of Riyadh and Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz, an equipment for self-services was provided at the Governorate to help audience inquire about their transactions in an easy-to-use manner. This self-service equipment which operates through the latest IT and Multimedia technologies, provides audience with services required through an advanced tool with no need for any help of employees. Such services provided are not limited to certain timing, and they include inquiries using transactions serials numbers, letters reference and bar code in addition to procedures manual and eServices. The said self-service enable Governorate audience to follow up their transactions, print review tickets if the transaction was exported by the Governorate. If a transaction is not executed yet, the audience can register their mobile numbers so that a message will be then automatically sent in case such transaction is exported.
