Cabinet approves establishing Saudi company for exchanging information electronically

E-Media: Jeddah – The Cabinet chaired by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, approved yesterday the establishment of a Saudi joint stock company named "The Saudi Company for Exchanging Information Electronically (“Tabadul”). The company, according to Saudi Press Agency, aims at investing in the activity of information technology, telecommunications and banking industries on commercial grounds. The cabinet also assigned the president of the King Abdulaziz City of Science and Technology to sign an agreement with Uzbekistan for cooperation in science and technology.
