Held in UAE' emirate of Ajman, Rashid bin Himaid Award announced names of winning competitors. Out of GCC 138 competitors, 32 were announced winners of the award. 14 Saudi contesters were declared winners in the areas of information technology, legal, educational, psychological, administration studies, literal criticism, poetry, short story and children's literature.
